The project team is comprised of part time and full time workers who are responsible for the deliverables of a project. This team needs to have an understanding of the work to be completed, an understanding of how to inform the project manager of issues, communicating status and managing expectations. The work must be completed within the budget, quality expectations, and the timeline. Also, the project manager must be informed of any risks, issues, quality concerns, and scope changes.
